Serial entrepreneur with 20+ years in real estate and legal technology. Founded four companies Corpluding Local Evictions LLC and EvictIQ. Brooklyn-raised with Ghanaian heritage, Will brings deep expertise in housing law and property operations to Smart Step's mission.

Chief Operating Officer

Oversees day-to-day operations, partnership development, and program delivery across all Smart Step initiatives. Ensures that every property donation and housing partnership runs smoothly from intake through closing.

Director of Community Programs

Leads community engagement, Ghana Programs development, and stakeholder relations. Coordinates outreach across metro Atlanta counties and manages relationships with property owners, tenants, and community organizations.
