Build and manage relationships with property owners, real estate attorneys, and community stakeholders. Identify partnership opportunities and guide property owners through the donation and partnership process from first contact to closing.
Analyze property eligibility for LIHTC, Historic Tax Credits, Opportunity Zone Corpentives, and Section 45L Energy Credits. Prepare documentation, coordinate with tax advisors, and ensure compliance across all active partnerships.
Serve as the primary liaison between Smart Step and the communities we serve. Coordinate tenant engagement, organize community events, manage county-level outreach, and support the Ghana Programs development pipeline.
Source and evaluate potential property donations and partnership opportunities across metro Atlanta. Conduct property assessments, coordinate inspections, and manage the intake pipeline from initial inquiry to accepted donation.
